The perfect brownie pan is just that

I love this product, I bake brownies once a week or more and this is not just some piece of junk, it truly works and makes brownie baking so much more fun. It is easy to clean and very affordable, if I didn't bake that much I would still suggest it as a piece for your kitchen.

Perfect Brownie Pan Set

The perfect brownie pan set is not perfect at all. When making brownies, its hard to keep the batter from over flowing into the other compartments, therefore making some of the brownies bigger. This tends to make you cook it longer, burning some of the smaller brownies. If you haven't greased the pan up correctly, even though it says not to grease it, the brownies will STICK. I made 3 batches of brownies and on the 2nd batch decided to grease the pan, it made them easier to get out.

Perfect Brownie

|

This did not work for me very well, for some reason the pan would leak out the brownie mix from the bottom where the pieces meet, then I went back and reread the directions, it says to heat the pan before us. I guess that makes the pan expand and fills the gap, but it makes it difficult to mess with, I dont want to have to worry about preheating a pan before I make brownies, I will just stick with my regular pans, however the piece that separates them did work well and I wish they would sell a piece like this seperatly that could work in a regular pan somehow lol.

an ok brownie pan

|

The brownie pan is nice it makes good brownies the right size and everything and the cutting rack is nice to so you dont have to use a knife and scratch the pan but there are some bad thing with it. it's made cheap it is dish washer safe but in time it will rust. mine did in 3 months.

Great idea

|

My least favorite part in making brownies is cutting them. If you do not wait long enough then the end result is messy. Even when I wait longer sometimes they are not cut even or they break apart a little. This pan solves that. I may need another one.

Perfect Brownie pan - It's a love/HATE relationship

|

I bought the Perfect Brownie Pan in hopes that it would be a perfect solution to baking brownies. Boy was I mistaken. I have come to the realization that I have a Love/HATE realationship with the pan. I love the concept of perfectly cooked brownies that are already sliced and look amazing ... BUT this pan doesn't really do that. First of all I have been using my pan for 3 weeks before writing this review.

The pan is more difficult and time consuming to clean than you might think. It over cooks most brownies and if you adjust the time/temperature settings your brownies don't ever seem to cook. I'm still trying to perfect some brownies in my pan. My husband and I love more cakey brownies and this pan makes a more "hockey puck" and unapiting brownie. Time after time and recipe after recipe we both liked the old way I made brownies. I even tried making a cake (from a box) but it still didn't work. A boxed cake has too much batter and it "grew" over the brownie dividers creating a difficult mess to clean up. The recipe that comes with the pan made the best Looking brownies but tasted the least flavorfull. I found that a boxed brownie mix tasted the best but didn't have quite enough batter because the brownies came out hald an inch tall. Not to mention that the pan is supposed to be non-stick but you HAVE to use cooking spray. I tried it without and I had to soak my pan to get it clean. Make sure to use cooking spray.

All in all I reccommend SAVING YOUR MONEY and buying a glass pan to make the best brownies in. Good Luck.

Works O.K. but takes up valuable space

|

The lil' Italian wife is an advertisers dream and notes are everywhere about products and claims made on the tube and net. This is yet another product which stirred her emotions.

As a practical man who believes in a sleek efficient kitchen this item strikes me as a old fashioned ice tray for brownies. The unit does work alright but seeks to fix something not broken in my oven baking tins which have never disappointed in a batch of cooked brownies. In addition with my current tins I can multiply ingredients to make mega batches but with the brownie ice tray you are limited in the size of every batch. Space is at a premium at Casa' Jingles and to me this unit adds to clutter. Which unit are we now using to bake; the old tin or the new brownie ice tray ? Why ? One unit needs to be given away !

It was not long before the new wore off and truthfully it never took hold with me like it did for the wife. I continue to bake world class brownies with a heavy tin, cut them and serve without a problem. This brownie tin works alright but is not a great new invention worth replacing existing tins. If you have none, try this but if you are cooking with something that works don't waste your money.

The perfect pan for perfect brownies!

|

I had seen the Perfect Brownine Pan advertised on tv for quite awhile. And, it definitely peeked my interest. I have never been able to make brownies that looked even remotely presentable. Every brownie I have ever made turned out mushy and would fall apart everywhere! So, when I saw this pan I knew I had to try it.

After I bought it, I tried it out and was amazed at the brownies that came out! They really were perfect! The wire rack that comes with the pan makes the brownies even and perfectly squared. It also comes with an removeable base pan so that when your brownies are done, you can remove the rack and the base pan and you can serve your brownies on the sheet that they baked on. I will never make another pan of brownies again without using the perfect brownie pan!

I do have to say, make sure and follow the directions and spray your pan and rack really well to make sure that they dont stick.

And, the best part is... clean-up is a breeze!
