just enough size

I was looking for a stainless steel pan or roaster for health issues. Cooking meat in Aluminum is unhealthy.This roaster has just the right size for everyday cooking. You can use it in oven but since it does not have thick base, I bet you can use for long time on top stove.

A cook's best friend!

This is a very nice stainless steel roaster. I have three that I use a lot during the holiday season. The rack makes it even more convenient. When you are roasting ham or chicken you can lift out the rack and place foil in the bottom of the pan to catch the grease, this will make the pan easier to clean.

Need production quality control. screen welded crooked and not evenly space. ding in bottom surface. too light weight. guess expected for low budget item. however, workable.
