Briggs & Stratton 5-in-1 Nozzle

Interesting previous reviews. I've owned this nozzle and also the individual spray tips versions. I find that with the proper care and usage it works perfectly. 1st when storing this or any product in the colder climates, you must inspect, clean as necessary, maybe even the proper grease if needed after inspection. I've had this nozzle for at least 3 yrs with no difficulties whatsoever. Excellent choice for the multiple user warm and cold climate. Take care of it and it will repay the attention positively.

5 in 1 Nozzle

I have had the 5 in 1 nozzle for over 3 years. It has worked great since then. It is a lot easier to change the setting with this than to removed and replace with a different nozzle each time.Two things to remember, first, make sure the water is drained out of it after every use especially if in a cold climate and it freezes. Second, if for some reason it doesn't work, take it off the wand and check each of the nozzles, bugs like to make they nest in them. This happened twice to me. I recommended it !

very flexible

This nozzle makes pressure washing very easy in that you do not have to change nozzles you just rotate the head

Worked - once

I bought this item 14 months ago and used it one time. I stored it with my power washer and when I went to use it for a second time it was basically useless. One setting worked, all the others were inoperable. Don't waste your money.

Great idea but needs work

This is my 3rd one. Unfortunately it leaks after a while and became useless. Problem is I had to buy the individual nozzles so I could continue my projects when this breaks. This one does seem to be working better than the previous 2

Didn't last

Worked well for about a month. Then, one of the settings sprayed all over. Now the "Max" gushes soapy water and no setting has enough force to wash the bugs off my car.

Easy to use

This nozzle came with my power washer and I can say that I am very happy and satisfied that it did, because it is very easy to use and it does a very good job.

PIECE OF CRAP

I  PURCHASED A NEW POWERWASHER AND IT CAME WITH THIS NOZZLE. IT WORKED GOOD FOR ABOUT A MONTH,THEN BROKE. I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT. THE REPLACEMENT BROKE THE SECOND TIME I USED IT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

5 in 1 nozzle is slick.

Well worth the price of having all fitting in one.  no cons works great thanks sears!

convenient

This nozzle does not produce a fan pattern but the rectangular

pattern it does produce is very powerful and does a great job.

The 5 in 1 design keeps the job going uninterrupted.

The max setting provides a narrow but very powerful spray that did a good job cleaning my grill grate. The combo of soap, normal and delicate settings worked well with my composite decking and vinyl railings and the convenience of being able to switch between the nozzles with the push of a button was great. Recommended.

not what you expect or

I received this on a new 2700 washer. I can't begin to say what I think since blank and XXX would be all that is printed.

EVERY cleaning tip I have seen and used have been a fan pattern.

the description of this unit does not include the description of what you are getting anywhere.

Soap, Flush, Max,General and Delicate

The General is not a 25-30deg fan I was hoping for. Its a box about 4"x2". High pressure but not the pattern you would expect.

The only thing that resembles what other tip patters are is the Delicate. Its like a 40deg fan pattern. BUT it is not usable on most surfaces. Its more of a V with each line being a 0deg jet with a little water in the middle. Of course 0deg jets can write into wood and you can imagine trying to use this on anything.

Overall I am not sure if the one I have is defective or this is the way its designed but I am NOT going to buy another one to find out.

IF at all possible stay away from this joke (it seems that joke is all that sears sells now) at very high prices
