Better than the Dewalt

Best drill I have purchased. I have used the Dewalt equivalent of this and was very disappointed. The craftsman is by far better than the kids toy that Dewalt makes. I would and have recommended this to friends and coworkers.

C3 Hammer Drill

|

At first I hesitated to buy a cordless hammer drill. I wondered if it would have enough power and battery life to give me any benefit. But the power and heft of the C3 Hammer Drill changed my mind. Plus I decided to buy a double sized lithium battery for it. The results are great. The drill powers through stucco and concrete. I have no problem finishing a job on one charge. This is a great addition to my C3 collection.

C3 19.2 Bolt Cordless 1/2" Hammer Drill

It works great. Came in a case with two Die Hard inserts and a charger. Nice package and drill seems to meet Craftsman reputation

AMAZING DRILL!!!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

|

I work for Time Warner, i have to constantly drill holes in brick, wood, metal, siding, concrete, and much more almost every day, i have always bought and owned craftsman and this drill has never let me down, drills nice and easy with little to no force, i like the fact that you can change it off hammer drill to conserve battery. A another great thing, the battery life is AWESOME! i highly recomend this drill to anyone, its affordable and very reliable

excellent!!!

Had this drill for over 4 years. It's an amazing value quality item. It's been left in the rain, cold and hazardous locations. It still works. I work with several electrical contractors. One of them got a Makita Ion Lithium drill that costs more then twice the price of this Crafstman hammer drill. Two of his batteries died before one of mine did. He had to use my drill and was impressed with it's durability and power. This drill can go through concrete and brick like it's butter. Don't waste your money on a Dewalt, Bosch or a Makita, Craftsman is much more reliable, lighter, and longer lasting. Price-wise and durability wise Craftsman can't be beat.

Durable, Powerful, Versatile. A good drill to have at your disposal!

|

I have owned this drill for over 5 years, and it is still going strong. I would consider myself a moderate DIYer, and this drill has been with me on every project over that time. It is powerful, and with the keyless chuck, adjusting torque settings, as well as being able to switch between hammer, driving and drilling modes this drill easily can replace two or three different drills, all in one.

Only two items I can complain about are cosmetic. The rubberized grip wears down after some use, and the keyless chuck, since it is metal (not plastic, which is more of plus than a problem), has a tendency to rust, but only on the surface. Once again, only cosmetic, and easily fixed.
