Description Specifications
Never Sweat the Small Stuff with this Craftsman 12-Pc. Nutdriver Set
This Craftsman 12-pc. nutdriver set in zippered case proves that bigger isn't always better - particularly when you need to get at a fastener in a tight spot. That's where these nutdrivers come in handy. With a 2.9-in. plastic shaft, they can slip into nooks and crannies where a socket wrench won't go, removing the fastener with ease and minimal frustration. They're fantastic for working on fasteners on electronics or small appliances that don't need a ton of torque to remove.
The Craftsman 12-pc. nutdriver set is as organized and efficient as it is handy. Each driver is color-coded with it size stamped on the end for immediate identification. Everything fits in a compact soft-sided case made with elastic loops that keep all the tools in place. The drivers are in a dozen of the most common sizes, both in. and millimeter. The standard ones range from 1/4 to 1/2, while the metrics go from 6 to 11 mm.

  • This Craftsman 12-pc. nutdriver set in zippered case is great to have on hand for a range of small jobs that don't need the torque of a full-size socket
  • With 2.9" shafts, these nutdrivers are great for fitting into tight spaces
  • There are six standard sizes: 1/4, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16 and 1/2 inch
  • There are six metric sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 mm
  • The drivers are color-coded and stamped with sizes on the ends for quick identification
  • Comes with a compact carrying case

The Craftsman 12 pc Nutdriver Set is a good value

These are a good value for what you get but they left out one of each the SAE and the metric sizes.  The case is better than nothing but it is cheap quality.  The zipper on the case probably won't last long.  The nutdrivers themselves are the good as usual Craftsman quality.  I have worn out a lot of different brands of nutdrivers but these Craftsman nutdrivers have lasted so far.  They should try to get a denier nylon pouch to store these in that is made in the USA.

Reviewers may have received a benefit, like a sweepstakes entry or rewards program points, in exchange for writing a review.

Great value, made in USA, handy tools to have & seem to be well made. Score

I picked up this 12 piece set when it was on sale and combined with some SYWR points I paid as much for this whole set of 12 as I would have paid for 1 at a local hardware store! I can't believe the deal I landed and I'm more than pleased with the value for the money. These things really come in handy when working on things like appliances, garage door openers, or small type repairs with nuts and bolts that aren't torqued down to high levels. I've also used them when working on cars to remove inside panels, center consoles, etc. and they do their job beautifully. The case is nice and has room for 1 extra nut drive, but Craftsman makes 14 different versions in total (7x SAE and 7x Metric). I was able to fit the 5mm version in the case anyways so no big deal there. They're made in the USA and feel solid, well built and should stand up to repeated usage. I say get a set when you can!

Great set

The case they came in is nice for storage or transport. Not sure how long the elastic bands inside the case will hold up. The handles are just like all the other Craftsman handles giving a solid feel to the tool.

Nicely made in the USA

|

I really like this set. Im happy to see they were made in the US. Im also happy to see they have their own case that holds them securely. Nutdrivers are handy in in places like car interiors and taking apart appliances. Great buy when it's on sale! They do need to make a set with more sizes though.

Right tool for the right job

|

Perfect set and well organized. Use where sockets are not able to reach (due to hole diameters).

Great Set!

|

12 different sizes of nutdrivers in one zippered case means you have the tools to do the job all in one place. Another plus is that there is 6 standard and 6 metric nutdrivers in the set. Super handy!

American made

|

I recently bought this set to use on my bicycle and to complete my tool set for my home shop. But I also bought a set about 2 years ago to use at work to replace the set my company gave me. I can not say enough about this nut driver set since it has held up through all sorts of wear and tear at work. If you need a good Made in USA nut drivers, buy this set. There is just too many pros not to buy this set; low cost, durable, and of course, American made!

Excellent set

|

This is an excellent US made set of nut drivers. Very reasonable cost, just one of the best sets you could buy for the money today. Highly recommended for anyone that could use them.

Nut Driver Sets are Magical

|

Being able to use a nut driver set makes my life so much better. Over the summer I did a tiling project and ended up tiling under my dishwasher. The nut driver really came in handy. I might have been able to use a wrench but using the nut driver was super fast and easy. I didn't have to bang up my hands trying to turn a wrench in a tight spot. I was able to turn the nut driver clockwise and do the job in a few seconds.
I also love that this set came with a sleeve that zips up for easy carry and storage. Each nut driver has a space and is held in place by an elastic. Then it zips up to keep everything inside so that they are easy to find the next time I need them. I also like that the nut drivers are color coded so that I don't have to look to hard to find the right one and once I know what color I need I can find it easily.
This set has also lasted a long time and I haven't had any problems. Great Set!
