Magnetic Stainless Steel Tray Keeps Projects on Track
With this Craftsman magnetic stainless steel tray, say goodbye to all those escaping nuts, bolts and loose, wandering screws. The tray corrals all your small items, including drill bits and fasteners, so you don't have to search for 10 minutes (or more) for a misplaced part and delay finishing work on any important job. You can also attach the tray to any metal object and place your items.
The magnetic stainless steel tray is perfect for auto repair work or any DIY jobs where you have to keep track of loose nuts and bolts. And if you knock the tray over, the small parts remain in place - no more losing time searching for just that one part that prevents you from completing a job on time. The Craftsman tray is made from heavy-gauge stainless steel, so it's strong and durable for daily use. It also resists gas and oil buildup and is easy to clean.

  • The Craftsman magnetic stainless steel tray is made from heavy-gauge stainless steel
  • Gas and oil won't build up on the tray, making it easy to clean
  • Keeps loose items such as nuts, bolts, screws, drill bits and fasteners safely inside, even if you knock the tray over
  • Attaches to metal objects so you can use it in tight or awkward spaces
  • Saves time on your project by keeping small items in place or when you need them

Craftsman stainless steel magnetic tray is a great accesory

Craftsman stainless steel magnetic tray is a great accesory when you are working on projects.  You can throw the screws, bults, nuts, washers, tools, ect in it so they dont get lost.  I use this just about everytime I have a project to work on.  When not in use I have it on my Craftsman work desk with tools in it.  It has a shiny stainless steel finish.  The magnet is very very strong.  It was a great tool for a great price and I recomend it to everyone who is a mr or mrs fix-it.  I have no cons on this item

I love the craftsman brand and craftsman products. The value is tremendous, except on this magnetic tray! The two large magnets on the back came off the first time I tryed to use it. A magnetic tray without magnets is just a tray and that is one expensive metal tray!

Strong Magnet: suprisingly useful

|

Very strong magnet; so strong, in fact, that I could place this tray ON THE SIDE of a cabinet AND put screws, washers, etc into it w/o fear of losing them. More than a casual tug is needed to lift this stray from a steel surface. Size is adequate for small tools and ratchets

Fetal Attraction

|

There's no need for me to curl up in a fetal position and cry when I drop a nut, washer, bolt, or screw ever again. The two magnets on the bottom of this tray hold fast to any metal surface and it keeps anything you place in it from rolling around. It's well worth the money.

Amazing Tool bowl / Tray for under 10 bucks. Its a nice quality tray that can stick anywhere and hold anything you want inside. Very handy and well made. It even has Craftsman stamped on the inside.

rubber feet

|

I was not expecting the rubber feet. I am working on a classic truck and wanted one of these for throwing bolts and things in while working on it. I didn't expect the feet to be rubberized. This is nice as it keeps it from scratching things. I also like the larger size of this particular one.

Workflow Basics

|

These things are great for keeping nuts and bolts in order. Cuts down on reassembly time greatly. The magnets seem as strong as other brands I have around the price point, and the same for the quality of the tray itself. Overall, reasonably priced and a garage staple.

Nice

|

I recently bought this and have already used it once. I can also see using this inside the house when working on projects so you don't loose screws in the carpeting. It's a fairly decent size for the projects that I work on.

Underestimated convenience

|

The simple functionality is terribly underestimated. Having a readily available spot to hold tools / screws / bolts / nuts / etc has already made this well worth its inexpensive price. - must have in my shop -

Best magnetic tray I have

|

I have about 5 of the round 5" magnetic trays from ************** and they have served me well. However, they pit easily and begin to rust if you ever scratch them with a bolt or nut that has rust.

When I was at Sears, I saw they had this tray on sale for an excellent price. The first thing I noticed is that the finish is both nice and high quality and far surpasses other trays I have used in the pass. The power of the magnet is fantastic as well and I have not had any issues with tools or metal objects falling out of the tray (Even when I have accidentally knocked the tray off the car I was working on).

Good value, great quality, and very strong magnets. If you have many of the round magnetic trays, I think you will like the rectangular ones even more.
