After ordering this part 5 times and having it cancelled 4 times, I finally received it yesterday after a full 30 days of waiting. But it is useless to me because you did not send the nut that goes on top to hold the pulley down. It is clearly shown in the picture as being a part of the assembly. You guys never cease to amaze me. I'm done with you and your products you supposedley service and sell repair parts for.
THIS PART IS JUNK ,NO WAY TO PUT IN GREASE TO MAKE IT RUN SMOOTHER OR COOLER IN ANY MANY **** POOR DESIGN
<p>My Craftsman mower is 12 + years old. I have replaced the Mandrel several times. I clean my mower after every use and I do not have tall or thick grass. Notice the aluminum case and steel inners. This unit gets too hot and either cracks the aluminum case or the ball bearings seize in their track.</p> <p>I would like to find a re-designed replacement. The rest of the mower has been great.</p> <p>The first time I ordered this assembly, I recieved everything. The last time, they failed to send all of the supporting parts. Verify the kit # from your parts assembly.</p>
