The 3/8 ratchet wrench is a handy tool with nice power control

The craftsman professional wratchet wrench is a must have for anyone doing any serious automotive work, it makes the job quicker and easier and can do jobs a regular wratchet can't. If you are a guy like me who doesn't have a car lift, then you know how it is working laying on your back. This tool makes getting those bell housing bolts and other hard to get bolts in an out a sinch. You have to break torque with a wratchet but after that just slip the air wratchet on and hold the trigger, no wratcheting back in forth forever one click at a time. The variable speed trigger is also a nice feature. I would highly recommend it.

Large size but good power!

This makes the jobs it can reach much faster. It's loud but show me one that isn't. It's bulky but that's the trade-off for the torque!

Seriously... (headlines need to go!)

Rebuilding a craftsman pressure washer (gas powered), connecting rod broke. Used this and a 1/4 inch craftsman air ratchet. Got the pressure washer back together, haven't tried the pressure washer out yet (as of the time of writing this review, I live in New England and it's still winter). But, this thing, along with the other ratchet worked great in tear down and reassembly.

Large and not so much in charge

This thing is big and durable looking so i expected it to be somewhat powerful. No-sir. It works good for small bolts but anything over a half inch aint breaking free with this thing. Call me picky but i shouldn't have switch to my impact to take off a small brake line retainer nut. I got a 5.0 CFM @ 90 PSI compressor so that wasnt the problem. On the up side the price was really good...

Very nice air ratchet wrench

Tool is very well made and will operate very slowly or fast. It als will ratchet for hand tightening to that extra tightness when required. I like it.

good buy for the money!!!!

For what you spend on this tool you really can't go wrong, RPMs are a bitter slower than i like but the torque is good. the only reason it has 4 instead of 5 stars is the trigger, i have pesronally always hated those lever triggers because the don't allow me to get into tight places while i r&r transmissions. other than that great tool.

Good little wrench for small jobs

I received this as a gift and was skeptical that it could actually do more than simple things. It handled a couple of jobs on my daughters little truck with ease. It is a keeper for all those things that don't need a 1/2 inch wrench

Just Right for That Delicate Job.

Had this Ratchet for almost a year now, no issue to report....use when am R&R a transmission out of a honda. It's just enough torque to get by and not too much to strip any threads.
