a must have good for all kinds of events easy store and putting it together is easy it pop's right up there's nothing to it got's a nice bag to store it away in it's really good durable shelter tent i had mine for a year now and used it about 20 times and there is still no wear and tare it
I am completely and utterly disgusted with this canopy! I bought it 2 weeks ago and used it for the first time yesterday. While it did set up quickly with help, it is so flimsy and poorly made that it is a disaster waiting to happen which did. I primiarily bought this to provide shade while detailing my show car. My son and I set up the canopy and I staked it down. Drove the car under it and went to gather my cleaning supplies. Coming back with my arms loaded, I watched in shock as the canopy proceeded to completely collapse onto the top of my car from a gust of wind!! The plastic connectors on the exterior frame were all broken and the bolts were all bent! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE! Now I'm out $80.00 + tax!! Lesson learned.

really love the size and this covers a large area....we used our last onefor 4 years before it finally shredded in a wind storm..we purchased this one and know it was worth the price cheaper then the e-z outlet...
this turned out to be better then expected! RARE THESE DAYS it has good hight and appears to be made stronger then most.
we use this on an almost weekly basis.
Easy to set up. Sturdy construction. Ample space. Great price.
This was our first portable shelter, used primarily for sheltering against rain and intense sun at soccer and baseball games. Other families had beach umbrellas which they were not able to set up whenever the ground was too hard to push in the pole (this can be difficult even at a sandy beach).
Overall we were quite satisfied with our Sierra II .. It is suprisingly large and heavy though, it has to go diagonally into our sedan trunk. The wheels on the case are very welcome, and it rolls OK over grassy fields. It does set up easily (we got better at it over time). It is significantly easier to set up with 4 people but two can do it. Luckily anyone standing nearby seems willing to grab a corner and pull, even little kids are a help. At least one person needs to be tall enough to grab each pole right up at the top with one hand and PUSH up on the metal frame to make each corner snap into place. This is easiest if you lift the pole off the ground while pushing.
The stakes are wimpy metal wire, but even so you should use them if you can. And buy a mallet -- if you try to push the stakes in by stepping on them you WILL bend the stakes. Our shelter was destroyed on a fairly calm day when a freak gust of wind picked it up entirely and impaled it upside down on a chain link fence that was about 5-6 feet away. Two of the metal support bars snapped.
We're now shopping for a new shelter, and I'm likely to get another Sierra II. I'll probably get those "privacy" walls which will help early and late in the day when the shade generated by the shelter might be cast several yards away from the actual shelter. Also useful when rain is blowing in sideways.
I gave the product 4 stars because it certainly did its job and if I had staked it down I would still have it today. I've only ever owned this one and can't say how it compares to other brands.
Since this would not fit in the trunk of my Prius, I purchased the roof/cargo rack for travelling with this. It is much taller than expected, so be sure to measure before purchasing.
Other than if not fitting in the trunk, it is really easy to setup and take down. I use 4 auger stakes and ratcheting straps to hold down on the beach. I recommend doing this.
This shelter worked just perfectly. Provided plenty of shade. Very satisfied. No complaints. Withheld a slight breeze where there were no trees in a field. Easy up and easy to take down.
Got this on a whim for extra shade for Mother's Day family BBQ. It is a snap to set up and take down. It was windy that day and it was problem free.

Easy up and down. Well made. Very durable! Stores tight in all weater cover bag. Taking to my tailgate party. I know it will be just the right size. Thanks Sears!
I was impressed with the curb side pick-up at Sears. First time I had used this. The EZ-UP comes with a handle and wheels to move it around. Great improvement from my last conapy. This was easy to set up and provided great shade in hot days. It does provide good cover in light rain as well. I thought it was a great value for the price.
It comes with stakes that fit holes in the legs. This helps keep the EZ-UP securely fastened to the ground. I have only used this in light wind so far.
I received it the next day, it was convient and very simple to put up, the only down fall was it takes at least 2 people to put up. other then that, I'd reccomend it to anyone.
