This would be great for my attic training room. Right now my heavy bag is attached to a ceiling joist and I occasionally knock it down and scare the hell out of myself. Not good, but a workout in itself hooking it back up.

Nice Stand

This is a nice stand and easy to setup. But know you will definentley need 2-3 50lbs weight plates to add to it which cost about $50 each. It tends to slide/move around as you punch the bag
