Need six people to put the roof on!

This was delivered damaged and hardly a surprise given flimsy packaging.  All 187 pounds of this thing in one damaged box.  I pity the poor delivery men.  We still managed to build the roof but a critical piece broke trying to attach roof opening curtains (would have been a nice feature) and replacement would have taken weeks to get from China.  Thankfully, managed to get Sears to remove the wreckage which, after two days, showed signs of rust from water from a nearby a nearby sprinkler.  Yes, and buried in the instructions it suggests you need six people with six steps ladders to put the roof on.  No mention of that here on the site.
