Great product, like new, incl.accessories as a new product would

I researched many websites looking for the best deal for the Garmin Nuvi 3790lmt. KMart had the best price. I ordered the product and received free shipping which was great!

My only concern was the website did not provide a list of 'this is what you get'. It did not describe what will be in the box when you receive the device. I wanted to know what accessories were included. Customer service staff were unable to figure this out. They kept reading the discription of the gps (screen size, megapixels etc.). I was transferred twice and I finally had my answer 30 minutes into the conversation with them at the point I was asking to speak to a supervisor. Accessories included for a refurbished unit should be visible on the website and they were not. This is an improvement the website staff could make that would greatly improve satisfaction for customers who want to know the basics...what am I getting?

So far, the Garmin GPS works great...it came with a USB cable, a suction mount, a dashboard disc, car charger, and instructions/warrenty information -just as you would receive from a new unit. Great deal, good experience, delivered when they said, and included what I would expect. I would purchase something again from KMart online.

Nice interface

Garmin GPSs are compact and with a very good interface for first-time users. The only flaw I have found so far is that the battery does not last very long, but that may depend on the model. I suggest to check that out before buying, unless your unit will be connected to the car at all times.

Worth the price!

Great product. Clear voice commands. Haven't had any issues with it so far.

Great device with a good price

This is my second REFURBISHED Garmin 3790 GPS cause the first one that I bought after one week got volume issues so I sent it back. Sears online don't have exchange so I made another order and they gave me the same discount. This device is so awesome. My first GPS was a garmin nuvi 255 but this one has a great quality 3D map, voice command and bluetooth.

Garmin NUVI 3790 LMT Ref.

Bought this GPS for my wife and we love the voice comand, you can do almsot everything with the device without touching it. The graphics are realy good and the signals are clear. The only minor isue is that it does not take us through small streets.
