The GMC Denali Men's Bike is an excellent choice.

This is the best bike I have had in years and am very happy with my purchase. I have had no problems and it shifts and cruise's very smooth. The only thing I would suggest is to buy a more comfortable seat as I did. Other than that the bike is exactly what I needed for cruising around town and going to work. I love it.

Poor Quality

Bike arrived with a bent rim, bent/loose spoke, scratched frame and stripped head bolt for the handlebars. Snapped the bolt in the seat clamp with a SCREWDRIVER during assembly (really?). Oh yeah, both tires were flat too - not sure if they'll hold air as I need to buy a pump to inflate them now too. What a piece of junk. The blatant disregard for quality is breathtaking. I can't tell you how it rides because I need to take it to shop to get it fixed now. I should have just paid a little extra and bought a quality bicycle at a bike shop. Sears should know better than to peddle **** like this. Don't waste your money on this bicycle - beauty is only skin deep (think soda can thin). As for the positive reviews, they are probably from the seller. I give it one star because there was no way to give it zero.

Bent Spoke

I received package, but did not open until a day or two later. Took bike out of box. Really compact together to fit in box. I started to read instruction and take parts apart. When I notice the front wheel had a spoke bent and loose. I call the 1-800 number to return wheel. The process is out of this world. I decide just to get it fix myself.

For the money it's a great deal, and great way to get started.

<p>I bought one and love it. Wish it was blue though like the one here. I'm just getting started and this bike is light and smooth. shifts fine and is well worth the monet.</p>
