How do I cancel my account?
If you are no longer interested in using the social aspects of shopyourway.com, all you have to do is switch to "private mode."
To do so, first click on your user name at the top right corner of the page, then on “Edit Settings.” From the left column, click on “Account,” then on “Switch to Private Mode” at the bottom of the page.
Private mode will prevent other users from seeing your personal information.You can always switch back to public mode at any time.

What is the process for deleting my account?

Where can I find and edit my PIN? Where can I find my account number?
To retrieve your PIN, go to your account Settings and click on “Print your membership card.” A new window will appear with your PIN and Member number.
You can also access your account settings by clicking on your user name located at the top right corner of the page, and then by clicking on “Edit Settings” in the drop down menu. From there, click on “Rewards Points” in the left column, and you will see “Print your membership card.”
I have multiple SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Memberships – how can I merge my accounts?

How do I change my account information?
Find your Personal Info page by clicking on your user name at the top right corner of the screen, then click “Edit Settings” on the drop down menu. On the left column, you will see “Personal Info.”
If you wish to update Account settings such as your e-mail address, password, or contact information, click on “Account” in the left column and follow the prompts for editing this information.

How can I add points from a previous purchase?
You can retrieve missing Points from the home page by clicking on “Rewards Points” at the top right corner of the page, then on “View Account History.” Below your past activity you will see a link for the Retrieve Missing Points form.
Missing Points can also be added with the help of a Customer Service Representative. For assistance, please contact the Member Care Center at email@example.com, or by phone at 1-800-991-87081-800-991-8708.
If you recently purchased something and didn't get points for it, you have up to 30 days from the date of your purchase to request the missing Points.
Can I apply rewards points to my layaway?
Points cannot be redeemed on layaway purchases; however, they can be earned on layaway purchases after the final payment.
I lost my card; how do I get a replacement card?
You don’t need a ShopYourWay card to enjoy the full benefits of Membership.
Earn rewards in store by providing your phone number or e-mail address to the sales associate. If you prefer the convenience of a card, you can print one by clicking on your user name and then on “Edit Settings” on the drop down menu. From there, click on “Rewards” in the left menu and click on “Print your membership card.”
Smartphone users can also download the ShopYourWay app from the AppStore or Google Play Store.
How do the Sweeps work?
While every Sweeps has unique steps to enter, Bonus Membership is always an entry requirement.
To become a Bonus Member, log into your shopyourway.com account, click on your user name at the top right of your home page, and click on “Edit Settings” in the drop down menu.
Look for REWARDS in the left menu bar, select the “Send Bonus Offers to My Email” and you’re officially a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Bonus Member.
