Cheap product.

Recently I purchased a brand new Jensen Turntable on Sears.com shown here, and at first it looked really nice and I was happy with the purchase. However, after using the turntable and integrated speakers for the first time I learned that looks aren't everything. The brand new product I received was defective in the left speaker. Not only would the speaker not work, but occasionally it would make noises without the turntable being on! All I could hear is loud booming and static. This just goes to show that consumer products aren't made like they used to be. You can tell when something is made in China compared to America. My recommendation to Jensen, don't take the cheap option and look into making quality products here in the USA.

terrible product

After four months of seldom use the motor rpm starts decreasing. DO NOT BUY JENSEN TURNTABLES! Take it from me. I am a Sears Associate and I WILL NOT sell any Jensen turntables. You will end up spending more on turntables if you buy this as it will break as well the needle is made of cheap plastic. Spend at least $120 dolalrs on a Crosley Turntable you wont regret it.
