Great unit for the price!

So far after i bought this item it has been great for the season here in NYC. It gets really REALLY cold for the btu rating. For living on a top floor apartment where it gets like an oven in the summer, it has kept the temp at bay for the last few hours now with the energy saver feature. I would reccomend this to every person looking for an affordable unit and is still a brand name product. Just make sure you have an elevator apartment, it does weigh about 70 lbs and lugging it up four flights of stairs is a bit of a pain but totally worth it. Overall satisfied!

Lasted 18 months

I was happy with it's cooling capacity. It kept our bedroom cool. We bought the unit 2 years ago and kept it in the box during winter and plugged it up in the spring. 18 months later it stopped working. Thankfully we paid $65 for the 3 year warranty. The repairman told us it would have cost around $300 to repair. The computer chip went out. He said it was common for this product.

DID THE JOB AND DID IT WELL!

I live in a smallish ranch with open concept kit/livingroom. This air conditioner did a great job keeping the whole house comfortable on muggy new england summer days. Very pleased with this product

It works great. We like having the temperature settings. A little noisy but aren't they all! Very easy to use and seems to be much more energy efficient, especially compared to our old one.
