I too thought this would be a nice addition to my deck and was a reasonable price (on sale), but when I recieved it, it was broken so I returned to store. I inturned ordered a second one just to see if I would get lucky the second time around, but same as first it arrived broken too even the cord that plugs into outlet looked as though someone had stepped on it crushing the prongs! This is a very nice fountain but I think that this item is to large and heavy to ship this should be carried only in stores!!!!

<p>was excited to receive fountain, took out of shipping box , was just what i wanted. But my husband set it up and filled it with water, there was a patched hole on side that started leaking and patch came off , water poured out!!!! On top of that , the flat stones included with fountain were broken in pieces. SOOOO disapointed. We packed it up and took back to sears store. I won't order an item like that again. Will buy at store and bring home with me.</p>
I have now purchased 2 of these fountains, both arrived with cracks - the first one in multiple pieces. The prices was very good which is why I thought I would try again, but a fountain needs to hold water and this one does not!
