I know this is controversial, but I love windows 7, I feel like microsoft started to really adapt to the user making things just work without the know how, I'm not a big mac fan.. but they do have the most user friendly interface and windows is trying to make that up with windows 7.. great software.
Windows 7 is great. I upgraded from vista and you can't compare. Everything works better faster and easier. I highly recommend it.
I like windows 7 however i cannot give this version more than 3 stars as for me it lacks 2 important features i need. 1) ability to login to a domain and 2) remote desktop accessSo if you need these, get professional or higher
Windows 7 is really Vista with some patches added to it to make people think its different and new but really isnt.
It has a tendency to update on start up and shutdown which can take up to an hour before you can begin or turn off which is crazy! I hate windows 7!!!!!!!!!!! Its horrible!
They are decieving the public with this product. Its like taking the Big Mac and adding Ranch Dressung and calling it the Ranch Mac
When I first was looking at the features, it didn't seem like much had changed, so I was reluctant to buy. Boy, am I glad I did. The new features in and of themselves don't seem like much, but the overall system is even better than Apple's OSX. It works so well. I'm glad I finally have an argument for the Mac vs. PC debate.
Microsoft did it right with Windows 7. It is the best OS ever built. Secure, fast and reliable like no other. Lucid, simple yet beautiful and appealing. Everything feels so much snappier with Windows 7. Must have for anyone with a computer.
