Worth it!

I wasn't going to get a wipe wamer, but my MIL talked me into it. We bought this one and loved it. It especially makes massy diaper cleanup easier for both you and the child!

these are very useful when the weather turned cold and they helped me to change the diaper easy with making my baby crying.

Love this one!

Love the baby wipes warmer especially in the winter! They do tend get hotter at the bottom but just wave them in the air.

Works well, but do you want baby used to warm wipes all the time? On the road, wipes are cold.

It does exactly as it says it does... with that said, my friend's baby would not tolerate normal temperature wipes very well after using this. The wipes can be dry if you do not go through them fast enough.

good product

I like this baby wipes warmer because at night when my baby wakes up with a dirty diaper I can use my wipes warm instead of having to use cold wipes that will wake baby up. Another reason why I like this product is because it's cordless you can take it where ever you go.

Good comcept, alright product

This is a really good concept but the product itself lacks. It seems to take a good 15-30 minutes to actually heat up the wipes, which wouldn't normally be a problem but you are not suppose to leave it plugged in when not in use, therefore having to wait everytime you want to use it. Munchkin does make great other handy products!

Wipe Warmer is Wonderful

We love ours! We didn't notice how much we liked it until the power went out and we had cold wipes. Nice for new babies and parents.

I just a have a baby, and this was a life saver for the winter.

I went to kmart and brought the wipe warmer, because as a parent we know baby hate cold stuff. So having this wipe warmer, its safe and baby friendly to used. It keep the wipe moist and warm everyday, it doesn't dry up, so its ready to use. So now I wipe my baby, he doesnt cry, cause it warm and not cold.

Barely warm, bad seal, returned this

I am not sure why so many people like this. There are far better brands of wipe warmers out there. This one barely warmed the wipes at all, by the time I pulled the wipe out and used it, it was already room temp and basically just a waste of time. It doesn't have any sort of seal on the lid, so our wipes dried out super fast. Also the plastic is really really cheap and brittle, and a chunk had already broken off when we first bought it. We took that one back, got another and ended up returning it anyway because of the other reasons stated above. Basically this takes up valuable space on a changing table, is a hassle to keep moist, doesn't heat very well (wasting energy) and just overall isn't very impressive. If you are dead set on needing a wipe warmer check out other, slightly more expensive brands. If you are like me just take a few wipes run them under hot water, squeeze out the excess and keep them tightly in the palm of your hand. Then by the time you change the baby they are still warm, still wet and you've saved yourself the hassle of a wipe warmer.

PS I know some people will think it's silly to think of something like that as a hassle. But I am not a mom that "takes shortcuts" or doesn't want to put the time into quality. I cloth diaper and take a lot of pride in using natural ingredients, but a wipe warmer just didn't fit into our lives. It really was more hassle than it was worth.

Munchkin Wipe Warmer

The Munchkin Wipe Warmer is good as far as wipe warmers go. However, the wipes at the bottom of the warmer still dried out (as was my experience with all wipe warmers I've seen). The warmer does keep the wipes at a good temperature, but to me it was a waste of money.

does the job

I got this for my son, and it helped.  I didn't use it that long just for about a month.  I really like the job it did, just wish it was a little smaller.  The box seems kinda of big so i did like the look of it in my room.  However, I know that it not a big problme.

Munchkin Wipe Warmer

Munchkin Wipe Warmer is the best. I used for my son and my daughter. During the initial months, I had to change their diapers every 2 hrs. We will in Chicago and the winter is terrible here during the Jan and Feb months. A cold wipe would wake them up but with the help of the wipe warmer I keep them clean and fresh without disturbing their sleep. I also recomended my friends to buy this

A bit silly, but good place to keep your wipes (if nothing else)

I felt a bit silly making a special trip to pick one of these up in the evening during a run for some other baby essentials. But my mother-in-law spoke very highly of having warm wipes and doing anything extra to insure the changing process would be as smooth and comfortable as possible for our newborn son.
It does keep the first couple wipe from getting cold, don't expect them to be piping hot and provides a nice little home to keep your wipes in. There is a yellow light that seems to glow as long as it's plugged in (would prefer you could turn it off), we don't really use the night light as it only provides a bit more light than the yellow one and isn't enough to change baby by. We use earth's best wipes (also recommend their diapers), as we try and be eco friendly where we can, and haven't had any problems with them drying out. The manual says you can add water when you add fresh wipes to keep everything moist, but we haven't had to do that.
In short if you'd like a nice little home for your wipes to live in and don't want them to be ice cold when you pull them out this seems like a good little thing to get. You don't absolutely need it but is a nice extra. Price seemed about right too... especially since we were able to use a gift card we got at our baby shower. Also we live in Chicago if that makes any difference and our house does cool down quite a bit in the evening.

Seems superfluous but now swear by it

I couldn't believe anyone would ever buy such a thing, as it seemed like a waste of both space and electricity.  After bringing baby home from the hospital and realizing how much the cold wipes added to the pain of diaper changing time, I headed straight out to the store to buy a wipes warmer.  Talk about making a difference!  Baby boy now loves his changing table and diaper changes are less of a battle.  Wipes stay moist because you add in a bit of water each time you refill it.  It doesn't take up any more space than the standard plastic wipes containers. Makes a great baby shower gift, or a nice welcome home gift for new parents.

munchkin wipe warmer

this is a pretty good idea. especially if your house tends to be chilly like mine. i think it's only useful when they're little though really. and it does not help when you're leaving the house because it needs to be plugged in. It also needs to be cleaned often.

Great for Winters in MN with a newborn :)

This worked great for my newborn baby last year.  Instead of warming a wipe up in your hand before putting it to the skin,  you just grab it out.. And they arent really that warm, but warm enough to not make the baby jump. :)
