Cool Little Engine

Bought this for my son and he loves it! It is great for memory and hand-eye coordination. Take it all apart and then put it back together. I bet my little guy at 3 knew more about engines than a lot of adults do! :) He has a great time disassembling and assembling it. They should have added some lights and sounds to it and it would have been perfect! He has had this toy for over 2 years now and plays with it regularly so it is durable and hasn't broken yet! :)

My First Craftsman Mechanics Engine Kit

My First Craftsman Mechanics Engine Kit is a nice toy for a kid to learn how take things apart. And is a great toy for my kid to have hrs of fun. But i dont like how easy the plug wires break, we have try fix them several times each time you try get them off plugs you have a hard time and then the rubber plug wire breaks. We have had both break and try fix to point of no fixing and they broke the first time with in a week . Now the rubber belt wants fall off and tonight it broke , There no replacement parts for them

Overhaul

I got this for my grandson as his dad is a mechanic and I thought he would enjoy doing what his dad does.

Good gift for Good Price!

purchased this item as a gift for 3 year old boy. He really enjoys the gift. This item really allows you to break down engine parts. I Love the detail...i.e. oil filter, (manual) cranking moving pistons, sound, spark plug wires etc. Be sure to check the dimensions if buying on line. This item smaller that what I had expected; I ordered on line. The price was under $20 which was also reasonable. Happy with purchase!

Fun

My son got this for Christmas. he isn't going to become a mechanic by playing with this but he certainly sees the comparisons of it to my motorcycle engine now. And it does make him ask questions. So We like work on our engines together when out in the garage.
