The enamel coating flakes off.

I purchased 2 of these roaster for my daughter's wedding. The enamel on the inside of both of them flaked off into the food. A very poor product for any price. Would not recommend to anyone.

My Favorite Appliance for Holidays

I absolutely love this roaster. I use it for a slow cooker and also to serve chili and other foods on a buffett table; it keeps the food at perfect temperature. I also use it to make my turkeys and roasts they come out moist and tender every time. I have also used it to bake cakes in when the oven was being used for other things.

I don't have a self clean oven and this easy to clean roaster keeps most of the mess away from the hard ot clean area.

Love it, Recommend to everyone.. Great  Price and Color also.

18 Quart Roaster worth every penny

I did a 12 pound turkey and placed the roaster in the garage. Other than not being brown nor crispy it was excellent! And the smells drove the neighbours crazy! Mind you, they thought I was crazy as it was 106 degrees outside!I bought it to partake in a chili cookoff in Mexico for next spring and will have to see how that works out. The last time a friend burnt my entry and I refuse to have it happen to me again!
