THIS IS A GREAT QUALITY GRILL. IT COOKS THROUGH EVENLY AND YOU CAN COOK ALOT OF FOOD ON IT AT ONCE.
We looked at many of the other grills. My wife and I have never owned a charcoal grill, but love the taste. However the convenience of Gas always wins. 3 out of 4 of our family decided they wanted this grill. I was reluctant since I have never heard of this company. All of the grills at Sears said they had free assembly. Except it takes 2-3 days to have it built. My wife and I are industrious and love a project. So we opted to build it ourselves. My wife did her usual inventory of all parts, and we started buildling. 20 minutes in, we realized there were not enough of one type of screw. We were supposed to have 20 of one type of screw, but we only had 10. So a trip to ***** was necessary. We were certainly frustrated, but accepted it. We were back on track, building our stand, and then we hit another bump. The bin that holds the charcoal pivots on a "pin" that is on one of the steel columns. It is clearly pictured. but nowhere to be found. So there is no way for the bin to be installed. I verified we had the proper piece, and didn't miss anything. This was a major manufacturing flaw. I had to drill a hold, and install a screw so that the bin would operate quickly. For the $300 we paid, we expected more. We were on the verge of loading everything up and taking it back to Sears. Since we had already come that far, we decided to keep going. If we were going to return it, it would be finished.Needless to say this has left a lot of doubt about the quality of our purchase. If we had waited to have this product built, we would have not have experienced these issues.

This is a beautiful grill...the food looks so good and I can't wait for the warmer weather!!!

Paid a fair price-like the gas/charcoal feature--then saw one similar @ Sams club for $100.00 more so now it looks even better than I thought

When I arrived in the grill section at Kmart,I tried for about 45 minutes to get assistance to answer questions to help decide wich to get an to get help loading one up to check out then to car.I ended up deciding on my own an I picked this Nex grill with two gas burners on one side and another side for charcoal grilling,,We love this,it's a big hit,,can use both sides if we need lots of room ,and some foods taste better charcol grilled or you can use the wood hickory chips and give your ribs that hickory cooked flavor,we now have two grills in one,,we love it,just take your own help with you,,Kmart is my favorite store lately but they really need to work on employees treating customers right.
GREAT ITEM WE HAVE USED THIS DAILY SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY ON WEEKENS, GREAT FOR BREAKFAST FOODS WHEN USING A FLAT PLATE ON TOP OF THE GRILL. I LOVE IT. BEST GRILL WEVE OWENS IN THE LAST 25 YEARS.
This grill has the best of both gas and charcoal. You have a large gas grill on the right side and the charcoal grill on the left. I mainly use the gas side because it's so much faster, BUT you can't beat the taste of charcoal! It does take A LONG TIME to assemble, but grab a couple drinks beforehand and it's not too bad. Great purchase!
This is the grill for everyone. It covers all your needs. You can cook on it on the gas side for faster cooking and still have the grilling taste. Cook on the charcol side and smoke your meat for that yummy taste. Wonderful product.
got this grill for my husband for christmas loved the price i got it for $174.00 couldnt pass that deal up!! was easy to assemble an he loves how he can do both gas or charcoal
This grill is like a big toy for my other half. He does all the grilling all year long. We can use gas grill & then start up something on the charcoal side. When I want something charcoal & he wants something grilled, we can then enjoy our food at the same time.
I usually buy gas grills for the convenience of cooking with gas. But there are some foods that just taste better over coals. When I saw the combo I thought it was a great idea. And it is great. I love the grill. But try to get a professional to put it together - it isn't very easy to assemble.
This Nexgrill has been a joy to use we use both side at the same time or just the propan side when we are in a rush.
Very nice, solid, easy to use. Gives the griller an option between gas or charcoal. Plus side was that the grill came with the option of preassembled, down side is it's heavy and difficult to get up stairs. I am glad that it came pre-assembled as some of the screws areas looked difficult to get to.
Very nice grill. Convenient gas cooking surface with the ability to cook with charcoal at the same time without having to have a separate grill. I can cook veggies on the gas while I have a brisket smoking over charcoal. # burners light off quick and make controlling the heat very easy.
Have been looking for a combo grill for ages and came accross this one at a bargain price. Well worth it.
