Great to kick start your fitness

I've owned the DVDs for 2 years and still use the workouts. Great diversity of exercises.

Buy it!

This program is seriously worth it. Within the first week you will notice huge differences! My family has really noticed them too! I have, especially in my abs! If you really want changes, buy it!
