Michael Edwards: What do you think - this or the iPad? I really would love a tablet this year!
Philip Nowak: I'm leaning towards getting a Xoom. Bigger screen, faster processor, dual cameras and more. I also prefer my Droid over my iPhone, so I would imagine this would be the case with a tablet. :-)

Design Maven: Have you ever used a Roomba Philip? I haven't heard positive feedback. Now that my cat has moved to the great beyond, I am thinking I could use a robot vac.
Philip Nowak: I bought a Roomba for my parents and they absolutely love it. The dust bunnies under the bed don't stand a chance. The only drawback is that the battery only lasted about a year before it started to drain dramatically. There is a noticeable reduction in how long the battery lasts on a full charge as well as a general lack of power. This can be fixed by purchasing a replacement battery.
Philip Nowak: It works well on short carpet. It would probably get tangled on thicker rugs or rugs that have tassles. I have watched the Roomba transition easily between carpet, hardwood floor and tile. It bounces off of things that it can't climb. You start to learn what it can and can't do as you'll find it in the middle of the floor waiting for help when you come home. :-)

Philip Nowak: After reading Tim Ferriss's blog post, "How to Be Jason Bourne: Multiple Passports, Swiss Banking, and Crossing Borders," I have to read this book. Especially considering I am trying to get my Polish passport right now.
