Randy Wanat: I pretty much don't use Sears Social, as it's freaking confusing. They finally give a way to add products EASILY using URL's, and as soon as I try it, it's disabled. You've got to be kidding. It starts out unintuitive with ZERO instructions or tutorials, you've got to learn how to do absolutely everything yourself, and the one thing they finally give instructions is DISABLED. Come on, UXSEARS. Get your heads in the game. You can't honestly tell me we can't do better than this.
