Children's Earrings

The first time that I ordered my merchandise I received someone else's merchandise. I returned the other persons merchandise but no one bothered to try & locate my package that was unaccounted for. Your company didn't bother to look for my merchandise but just wanted me to re-order it , that is if you still had it in stock. I called to re-order only to be told by one of your reps that I would have to pay full price & couldn't use my points for my order. I had to call back again and re-order my merchandise after the point were refunded. This has been such a bad experience that I will never & I do me never will order anything from you again..... When someone calls to get customer service from a company & they never get to speak to an American on the phone that upset me as well.... They can never understand me & I can never understand them..... It was a major language barrier when I called your company for help.....

Not even worth the sale price

Both the flower and ball set are pretty in person. However when I received the earrings the silver was peeled away on almost all of the silver portion of the flower set. The ball set didn't have this issue upon receiving them anyway. Although they appear pretty I regret this purchase.
