I bought this treadmill about 3 weeks ago and I am happy so far. It took about an hour for me and my husband to put together. And since then I have been walking about 3 miles every night. It is fairly quiet. The display doesnt light up like it shows in the picture but you can still see it.This is a great buy for the price.
Bought from Sears, Motor went bad in 6 months, Motor was covered under warranty for 5 years but Sears want $ 250.00 for labor to install motor . Very bad experince. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...... UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES..
HAVE BEEN WANTING A TREADMILL. DID NOT KNOW WHICH ONE TO PURCHASE. GLAD I CHOSE THIS ONE. WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE. HAVE BEEN USING FOR THREE WEEKS. NO PROBLEMS. GREAT DEAL.JUST WANTED TO ADD AN UPDATE:
NOV 2014. STILL USING MY TREADMILL EVERYDAY. 3 TO 5 MILES EACH DAY. NO PROBLEMS......STILL SEE THIS AS A GREAT BUY!!!
Treadmill is fine for at home. Has a little cheap / china feel to it.
I love this treadmill and highly recommend.
It's easy to install and the daily walks are a great cardio... I recommend it... Good for the price and good quality...
Compact functional and seems to work as advertised. The major drawback is in a darker location such as a basement you need a flashlight to see the screen as it does not light up like most.
arrived in a timely fashion works great and is easy to use.
I assembled this myself. It took a little bit of time, but as a 5'4" woman, was able to do it without help.
So far, the treadmill works to my expectations. It is nice to have one in the home during inclement weather.
I love my new treadmill but do not like the arms cross country skiing feature. I find them useless. I have tried them each work out but can not get into it. Other then that, I love it.
This is the treadmill I purchased at K-mart during my shopping spree and so far I am loving it's features I like being able to move my arms while having something to hold onto for stability, it has what most other treadmills have calorie counter folds up but it was also on sale and at a good price.
For the price I am very happy! Easy to set up. It has lots of features.
Awesome for the money! I am thrilled.
I have had mine for just over a year and the incline motor stopped working and I was immersed in an odor that resembled burning band aids, or what I believe they would smell like if you set one afire. One of the selling points of the Crosswalk 395 Treadmill is the 5 year warranty on the motor. This applies only to the DRIVE motor and does not include the incline motor which can be replaced for $185.00 plus $75.00 just for a tech to pay you a nice visit then of course there will be labor charges. Incicdentally, Sears offers a reconditioned Crosswalk 395 Treadmill for $180.00. I was told by tech support not to use the treadmill due to the lovely scent of burning rubber it was emitting, so the only motor covered by the warranty is the drive motor which cannot be used if the incline motor is sitting and spinning. However, we disconnected the incline motor so I can walk on it for my cardio only to have the belt begin to slow down and we just adjusted it two weeks ago. While I could overlook the noise and the fact that the cushioning just means there is a plastic bumper on each side of the foot rail and that the hand bars squeek no matter how tight or loose the screws are and that I can't count the number of times I have had to adjust the walking belt I can no longer remain silent, please, for your own sake, save your money and buy a different product. I know, we are on a budget also, and this is one of the most cost effective machines we found, but there is no savings if you know in a year or so yuo are going to have to dump another $200.00 into this thing, oh look, that's how much you are supposedly saving...
This treadmill went dead after 15 months of moderate use. I had the protection agreement on it and a new control board was needed. I had to wait two weeks for the technician to arrive and order the part and another four weeks for a second technician to be scheduled. I really expected better from Sears home protection warranty.
It worked fine for 60 days and suddenly the motor makes noise and the belt wasn't moving. The console doesn't respond to any command. By holding both the stop and the increment button, you can reset the console by attaching the key. After that, the motor can move the belt at higher speed but all buttons don't respond to any press. It is only tow months.
awesome treadmill.....great price....holds up well withlots of use love it.
I am using this treadmill for running and my husband is using it for walking. It works great for both.
