24ft X 52in ProSeries Frame Pool Set with Mosaic printing

This pool is great for the money just when your putting it up put a one inch patio brick under each leg it prevents the legs from digging in the ground and bending pull the legs outward a little they do this with more expensive pools

BUYER BEWARE!

We purchased this pool on July 12th, had it setup and full by the following weekend, the pool was leveled within 1/4" all the way around each leg was placed on a 12"x12" paver for support. Shortly after filling the pool the legs (Which were all at 90 degrees to the frame as per the instructions) began bowing around the liner. I called the manufacturer and was told to pull the legs out and they did not have to be at 90 degrees. By the time I got off the phone one of the legs had buckled. At this point I determined the pool to be unsafe and called the manufacturer. They told me they could send replacement legs but currently they were out of stock. After having the pool setup and full for a week and a half 3 more legs have buckled, the pool is now draining as it is becoming more and more unsafe at each passing moment. One quick call to Sears and I received a heart felt apology and they are making the situation right. Do NOT waste your money on this poorly designed pool, it is unsafe, Polygroup customer service is pathetic to say the least they know they have a design flaw and that is further proven by the fact that they don't have legs in stock. Spend a little more money and get yourself an Intex pool, I am going to now have to foot the bill for filling another pool when I get my replacement!

Pro Series 24 x 52 is a total waste of money!

After spending two weeks leveling our yard and prep-work, filled this pool (took two full days). Before anyone could get in and swim the side support posts buckled and the pool side collapsed. This pool is a total waste of money. Called the manufacturer, they can send new posts in two to four weeks. The posts are on backorder and they are not sure how long it will take for them to come in. Summer will be over by then. Save yourself headache and financial distress and don't buy! Complete waste of money.

Pro Series 24ft x 52" frame pool set

Do not purchase this pool. If you need additional parts, they are impossible to get. The customer service for the manufacturer is difficult to reach. I purchased this pool last summer, we got very little use from it. We cannot use it now, because the parts we need are out of stock.

ProSeries Frame pool set

This is the second year with this pool . The first year all the end caps broke and one of the supports bent , This year we set the supports on patio blocks level with the ground and when it was about 3/4 full, four of the supports bent on one side and two on the other . Draining the pool as of now. Would not recommend this product.

Awesome Pool

Do not steer clear of this pool because of the other reviews regarding pin holes. I decided to take a chance anyway and so glad I did. My pool is perfect and beautiful. This is the 4th soft sided pool I've purchased over the last several years and the best. My previous pools either met with some bad fate such as my puppy chewing some holes in my folded-down pool, or having bought a really high-end brand in which the surface skimming didn't function well. You will love this pool by ProSeries. The pool quality is great, but I would highly recommend buying your own thru the wall skimmer and sand filter system and setting it up with an Intex Salt Generator (will save you hundreds of chemical dollars - REALLY!!!). The skimmer/filter included with this pool is not good (sold mine on **** for $135). This pool should give you about 4-5 years of wonderful service depending on how heavy your use. Be sure to put a heavy duty tarp underneath it (NOT INCLUDED). Go to your local hardware store and purchase one. (I've also cut up my old pools and used them as underlayment for the new one). Would also recommend buying 2 of the Intex magnetic wall lights for beautiful bright night time swimming. Great ambience.Hope you love your pool as much as I do!!! Enjoy!

WORST PURCHASE EVER!!

My husband I bought this pool last summer and ALL the legs broke after only having the pool 1 month, The company only sent us 3 replacements and when we tried to get the rest they are now trying to charge us over $400 just to get new legs, (another company has taken over) PLUS the filter is not big enough and they are aware of the problem and are not trying to fix it. We are now stuck with a new liner and no legs. We can not get any help from the maker or sears. I would not recommend this pool to anyone.

24ft pro series pool. Great pool. Not as easy as 1, 2, 3.

This pool is great. I installed like a normal above ground pool with directions found on you tube. You must place pavers under the legs and they must be level with each other. YOu cant expect the legs to hold if you place them on the ground without pavers the pool will weigh over 100,000 lbs when full and they will go into dirt and cant be leveled out as the pool fills so they will buckle. Ground prep is key, taKE YOUR TIME AND MAKE IT LEVEL.. Recomend upgrading the filter and pump, but the one that comes with it works, just needs to run 24/ 7. If you are looking for a pool this size that is instant and easy they dont exist. Do your home work and plan on spending about 40 hours getting this pool up. Do it right and you too will love it. Self installed for 1200 total. A pool the same size would have run 2650 installed. The extra work to do it right is well worth it.

Filtering system is terrible!

My main problem has been with the filtering system. I called the number on the skimmer filter and was told "we know the filtering system is not big enough for that size Pool but it was the biggest we have" I was also told to convert it to a sand filter. I told them I went through a pool company to put a sand filter on and they could not figure out how! They told me to go to youtube there should be something on there about it!!! I am using a filter every other day! Just ordered and received a skimmer filter pump adapter but it was too small! I have spent about 500 trying to get the filter system working right and buying filters!!!

24x52 Pro Series pool

Not worth the money!I cant believe Sears didn't look into the quality of the pool before selling it on their website. The pump is to small for the water quanity, I had to order a new pump just one month after getting my pool. The legs are weak, I had two legs bend and called to order new ones and they were on back order for 3 weeks! Summer will be almost over before I get the legs and are able to use the pool again. Will never order pools from Sears again.CMoran ,Gulfport MS

So Upset

I just received this pool a few days ago. It didn't take too long to get set up. I have been filling it up since yesterday and literally 30 seconds after the hose was turned off, the pool did a sideways shift and six of the legs buckled. now there is water everywhere and when i called the support number, they told me that it must be the way that i had the pool set up that it could have been unleveled. I checked with a rope level around the top of the pool and the yard level on the vertical legs prior to filling it up. They offered to send the six legs to me but I was more upset over the 12,000 gallons of water that is wasted.

Pro Series Pool 24 ft x 54 in

I purchased this pool several weeks ago and just finished setting it up and filing last night. Today I looked out and noticed that 4 of the legs had bent and buckled! We haven't even swam in it yet. Following the directions in the manual I call the manufacturer. They told me they have never heard of this happening before and it must be the way it is setup. Not true! The only thing they are willing to do is send me 4 legs for it. They also stated that because I used concrete pads to sit the legs on that this voided the warranty! What?? How else could you set a pool up? The legs would sink in the ground if you didn't. I don't know what to do about it. Since I purchased it at Sears I wonder if they would help.

24X52 pro series above ground pool

The pool was easy to setup! It took me and my husband about 3 hours total and we're senor citizens. It took 36 hours to fill and after 4 days with our grandkids using it slightly, we noticed one of the leg posts was bent/buckled. We called the manufacture, General Foam Plastics and ask what to do. They gave us two options, one to take it back, and two; they would send us another leg. Two huge guys delivered the pool box the pool but don't think this should have happened. The only saving and moving it was not an option for us, so we opted for the new leg to be sent. We were also advised to drain the pool immediately as it cause further damage to the pool and or liner. (All 12,200 gallons plus chemicals) I asked about the possibly of adjacent legs being stressed and the representative agreed so he sending us 4 legs. We really like grace is that we purchased the pool through Sears and they have been a reparable company over the years. Time will tell, but needless to say we wouldn't recommend this pool to anyone else.

6/18/11 After receiving more 3 legs & leg caps., we reinstalled the pool. After 36 hours and 12,200 gallons, we decovered the same condition was happening. ( warped/bent/ leg posts & broken leg caps ) We called the manufacture and asked for our money back and they referred us to SEARS. After 2 hours, going through the telephone prompts and reps, we found the right person and arranged for SEARS pickup and refund. They were very courteous, once we found the right number & person. I explained that we had to destroy the box in order to get the pool out of it . They said they would send a message to the trucking company.

We will buy another pool, but it will probably be an INTEX. We have read many good reviews on them. Good luck !!!
