Breastfeeding is ideal, as is not smoking. For a specific recommendation you would have to check with your pediatrician, but breast milk is the only natural whole food that supplies an infant with everything she needs, including short term immunity to some illnesses. The La Leche League is an excellent source of information on breastfeeding.
