I'm glad you're looking to stay healthy. You're right, there are a lot of exercise programs out there. When choosing an exercise program, pick one that will meet your personal fitness goals. If you're looking to get and stay healthy, the best workouts are walking, light resistance training (like weights or water aerobics) and a flexibility program.
Hope this helps and feel free to write back!

Just like most sports, there are specific exercises and workouts for golf. The ability to rotate quickly and with power will help you drive the ball farther. A classic rotation exercises is the lunge rotation. Simply stand in lunge position and rotate your upper body left and right while trying to keep your lower body stable. This will increase your power and rotational ability. Good luck and FORE!

I am sending you a link to Icon Fitness where you can download or print a copy of the owners manual for your weight trainer.

Select manuals, select Weider from the manufacturer drop down list and enter X10MW in the search field. The owners manual gives instructions for installing the cables.

Check the harness from the console down to the resistance motor to make sure it is not damaged or pinched. Accessing the resistance motor on this machine is a pretty big job and it's not something I recommend trying to most people. There is an awful lot of the machine that has to be taken apart to effectively reach the motor. If you can reach the motor you can cut the power wires right at the motor (blue and yellow if memory serves me correct) and connect them to a 9volt smoke alarm type battery to see if the motor will run or not. If it does not, then it's bad. If it does then there is a problem with the harness or console.

If you decide to have a technician come take care of this for you, you may contact

Sears Home Services

to arrange for a technician to come out.

Error code F-0
by Manage My Life
April 10th, 2011

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "F0" fault code implies the Clear/OFF pad is shorted or a touch pad failure. If the code cannot be cancelled, unplug or disconnect the power supply from the range and then disconnect the keypad and then power it up. If "F0" ceases, replace the keypad/glass assembly; if "F0" is still present, replace the main oven control.

I added an image below with instructions how to access the control and glass panel.

NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power supply before servicing.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:

changing crank on exercise bike

Thank you for your question. For the Nautilus 2000 exercise bike,  there are two type of cranks that you could have. The first is held on by a bolt in the center of your crank, the second type has bolts holding on the crank arm on the non-drive side and the whole thing slips out of the bottom bracket bearings. If you have the older style with the bolt in the center of the crank set, you will need a 14 or 15mm socket wrench and a crank puller. The crank puller will thread in to the crank and a center "driver" is then turned in against the bottom bracket to remove the crank arm.

You can remove the rings with out taking the crank set off. However, the hard part about that is holding the back side of the chain ring bolts so they don't spin while you try to loosen them. I hope this is helpful.

If you have anymore questions please reply to this post.

Does exercise reduce stress?

Yes, because exercise increases your brain’s production of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good hormone. Exercise also forces you to concentrate on a single thing, taking your mind off what is troubling it.

Is exercise good for arthritis?
by Manage My Life
October 30th, 2009

Exercise strengthens muscles, which support your joints. Moderate exercise can help with flexibility and weight, which impact those with arthritis. Check with our doctor to find out how much you should exercise.
