Great question. Starting small with something you can easily pay off is a great way to start building your credit. You will have to contact Sears customer service department directly to see if they have a minimum. One tip I can give is to make sure you make your payments on time. Set up automatic bill pay if necessary. Late payments do affect your credit score!! Here is a website you can reference for more help.

Great question. The benefit of making mortgage payments twice a month vs monthly is that the interest does not compound as much, which in turn will allow you to pay off the balance in a shorter period of time. Example: a 30 year mortgage would be paid off in approximately 23 years if you did bi monthly payments instead of monthly. As far as paying off your mortgage, that is a tougher question without knowing what your investments are or what your goals for those investments are. You have to also consider the tax break you get on mortgage interest. That reduces the real interest rate on your mortgage. For example if you are in the 25% tax bracket, your real interest rate on that mortgage would be closer to 3.63%. You'd have to compare that number to the return you are getting on your investments. Also, I know the investment world has had a tough run the past few years. Interest rates are at all time lows and its tough to generate a good return. However, I do not believe that is going to continue forever. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions, dalyinvestment.com.

Thanks,
John D.

Thank you for your question. Since this is a standard condenser, the only metering device will be in the evaporator. To determine the type of metering device used, the model number of the evaporator will be needed. The model number for the outside condenser will probably need to be changed to CA1030VKA2. The only way to get the serial numbers and the indoor coil model will be to check the model and serial plates mounted to the coils. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.

At this time, the adding a project feature is no longer available on our site. For project idea you can browse through the current projects in the Ideas & know how section, or you can submit another question to us, with the project you are thinking about and we'd be happy to provide you with some insight.

Thank you for providing the model number. All parts for this model that have been substituted, are done so by the manufacture. This is usually due to a change in the design to make them more reliable. If this part is missing a circuit from the design, then it was done so intentionally. This new part will operate the washer the same as the old part. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

It's hard to recommend something without knowing more specifics, so I can only give a general answer that

Quicken

has been around for a long time and is generally considered fairly easy to use. I'd recommend starting with it because chances are good (not 100% but "good) that if you decide to switch to something else in the future, it will be able to import your Quicken data, so you won't have to re-enter it.
