A good trainer can design a custom fitness program for you that is golf-specific. Additionally, Titleist has a golf fitness program that is designed by Titleist professionals. Look for TPI Certified the next time you are looking up personal trainers.

Golf pros and golf fitness professionals are two different sport careers. A gold pro can help you with many areas surrounding your game, such as your stance, posture, club length, technique and more. A golf fitness professional can help you strengthen and improve the muscle that are specifically used in golf so that you can increase your drive, stamina and endurance.

I'm afraid we do not have any service information on that brand. You will need to contact Fitness Quest at 1-800-321-9236 so they may assist you with repairing the machine.

Two that may seem opposing, but are really not, are sport-specific training that focuses on keeping in shape for your favorite sport in the off-season, and functional fitness that stresses getting stronger and more fit for everyday activities.

our Fitness Quest equipment broke (edge eliptical glider). I tried called both the 800 number and the number in Ohio. The direct line is no longer in service and the 800 line rings and rings with no auto answer. I suspect they are out of business.

What are the 3 criteria of physical fitness?
by Manage My Life
October 10th, 2011
Manage My Life
Great question! While many people think working out and being in shape includes weight training and/or cardio training, there are actually three parts of physical fitness: Cardiovascular endurance training, (strengthening your heart and circulatory system) Resistance training (strengthening your muscles and muscle endurance) and Flexibility training (expanding the range of motion of your muscles and joints).
