I have neck problems so which is better for me to do, crunches or sit-ups?

If you have neck problems, crunches will be better than full sit ups for you. Below is a link for many abdominal and core exercises. Remember, never 'pull' on your neck when doing a crunch or sit up...let your abdominals 'pull' you up.
