This type of failure will normally need to be diagnosed and repaired by a service technician. You could have a bad element, a wiring failure or a bad burner switch that is preventing that right front burner from heating. The components are not easy to access. If you want to fix this problem yourself, you can
shut off the house circuit breaker for the range to disconnect electrical power
and access the burner switch in the console. You will need to lift the glass top off of the range and access that switch from the back. You can use the wiring diagram shown below to check the continuity through that switch. This may help you determine the cause of your failure. If the switch is working properly, you can check the wiring connections between that switch and the element. If you find no problems with the wiring, then you will probably need to replace that element.
