thanks for the advise... prior to your reply I did remove the pressure switch and blew through the hose and it was very hard to blow through!! I did get it to pass so I figured something (MOLD) might have blocked the hose and then I reconnected it to the switch and put everything back... Presto all is working fine... Thanks again for your response

Hey Joey S,
Biguggy sent me a link to the TECH manual and I ran a diagnostic test. Ran it through and found no issues. That tells me that the connections were not tight enough and would fault out when a load has any wobble. But, thanks for the info.

Each washer can be a little different so a model number always helps get the best answer but the F51 error usually indicates a RPS sensor error. The sensor is a small part that tells the control if the motor is running. The error means the control is not seeing a signal from the RPS sensor. On some early washers there as a problem with the sensor connections so an improvement was developed. Normal warranty still applied since it was a small problem. What it boils down to is the connections are loose, the sensor is bad or the control is bad. The motor is most likely okay. The motor/sensor are accessed by laying the washer down on the front panel. Remember to unplug the washer first. The image below will show the location of the RPS/Hail Sensor. Replacing the sensor can be a do-it-yourself project. If you reply with a model number I can provide you with the part number of the sensor.

Here is a link for a previous answer that has some detailed technical troubleshooting for that F70 failure:

How do you properly diagnose the cause of the F70 error code in a Kenmore HE5t washer?

. That information may help you determine the exact cause of your failure. If you need more help, let us know.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link:

Maira - The model number Bo has now given 'pulls up' as a 'Kenmore Elite Oasis' on this site at the link below.

Sears Parts Direct is 'down' at the moment so I cannot comment any further in that regard.

Thank you for your question.

Without a model number I assume you have a Kenmore HE front load washer. This washer is the only model I think we sell that has the F35 error code. The F35 indicates a water level pressure sensor failure. The SUD is normally displayed when there is excessive detergent suds in the tub. Make sure you are only using the recommended amount of HE detergent. Then run the washer without clothes on a drain and spin cycle. If the tub is empty and you do not see any suds please continue with the following trouble shooting tips. A loose wire harness connection could be causing this problem if there is no water or suds in the tub. I recommend

unplugging the washer

and removing the top panel. Screws at the very back of the top panel secure it to the washer frame. Remove the screws and then pull the top panel slightly back and then up and off of the washer. The analog water level pressure sensor is shown in the first image below. The second image shows a clear picture of this component. Check the wire harness connection on this sensor. If you find a loose connection, secure the wire harness properly on the component then reassemble and test the washer. If you continue to get the F35 code, then the pressure switch will need to be replaced.

You can order a new analog water level pressure sensor from the

Sears PartsDirect

website.

If you need more help with this problem, reply with additional details and the full model number of your Kenmore Elite HE washer.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The link Yadira provided in the first response will likely pertain to your model washer.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post along with the complete model number of your washer.

Frigidaire Washer Error Codes & Spinning
by Manage My Life

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details I recommend replacing the door lock assembly and it will most likely go into the high speed spin again.

Removing and replacing the door lock assembly is a DYI procedure. To access and replace the door lock assembly you will need to first disconnect the power cord. The wire and spring securing the boot will need to be removed. You will need to pry the wire up out of the channel. Be sure to place the spring at the bottom center before rolling the wire retainer on. The boot will need to be peeled back next to the door lock in order to remove and reinstall the door lock assembly. I added an image below with the procedure.

The

part number of the door lock for your Frigidaire front loading washer model FTF2140FS1 is 131763202

which can be ordered from Sears Parts Direct.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Without knowing the model number of your washer I can not be sure which Kenmore washer you have. I will need to have the model number of your washer in order to provide the meaning of "F3" for your specific model.
