How to remove the front toe panel?

I have a Kenmore dryer model number 110.97291100. I took the door off to clean out behind the lint trap and it looks like the hinges were spring loaded. How to access the front panel?. Is there a slot for a screwdriver, or does it slide and shift open?

To access the lower portion of the dryer and the door springs the lower toe panel comes off. To remove the toe panel there is two clips located at the top of the toe panel. Push each clip downwards using a thin screwdriver or putty knife, and then pull outward on the top of the toe panel. Repeat on the other side and then lift the toe panel up and off. There should be a slot to remount the bottom of the springs onto the base.
