You did not state how much water is left in the tub after the spin cycle. Are the clothes pressed up against the basket indicating it had spun or are the clothes still saturated with dripping water? You also did not state what spin speed you have it set for and how tall and how long is the drain hose. Have you tried a faster spin speed? The drain pump may not be able to pump water up high enough on the slow spin speeds. Is the drain hose routed up too high or pinched/crimped? The maximum height is 96 inches measured from the bottom of washer. Is it leaving water because it's not spinning or not spinning fast enough? Does it make the noise during spin or agitate or both? The noise could be something in the drain pump, clutch or the basket drive. If the washer would operate in the spin cycle before replacing the lid switch, then it would not have needed a new lid switch. The lid switch keeps the washer from running during spin cycle only.
Your symptom will need to have a technician re-diagnosed the problem.
I recommend calling the technician back out since the washer was just recently serviced and still under the part and labor warranty.
