Why does my Kenmore oven chirp intermittently?

I have a Kenmore oven model number 911.47649100. We replaced the control panel and ribbon over a year ago. Turning off the oven at the breaker does not resolve this issue. Chirping is sporadic. Sometimes it will chirp several times then not for days, then just once, then chirps so much we have to turn it off at the breaker. Are we able to disconnect the chirp or beep?

This sounds like the control board has failed again. The chirp noise you hear could only be coming from the control board & there is no way to disconnect the piezo. Almost all new control boards are rebuilt & shipped out for replacement boards. I would recommend replacing the control board again. The only other possibility would be some kind of electrical line interference coming through your household power supply.
