How do you remove the spray tower from the bottom dish rack of a Kenmore dishwasher model 665.15765692?

The spray tower (the parts sheet also calls it a pressure tower) is white plastic and fits on the bottom of the dish rack with plastic tabs over the thick dish rack rungs. If I could turn on the diagonal, I could lift it out. But it's in there solidly and I'm afraid that brute force might simply break it. I need a new dish rack to replace the currently rusted one. Also, how do the four sets of wheel transport assemblies come off? I don't know where to even start with them.

The method for removing the spray tower from the lower rack is to twist is diagonally and then pull it out the bottom of the rack. It will take significant force to remove it. There is a chance that it will break during removal. If it breaks, then you will need to order a replacement.

If you order a replacement bottom rack, you will receive a kit with new wheels and instructions for assembly. I included a copy of the assembly instructions for the replacement rack below.
