What would produce a very high pitched squealing noise in my refrigerator after the compressor was replaced 3 weeks ago?

I have a Kenmore Elite Trio Refrigerator (Model #59675524400). Sears replaced my compressor 3 weeks ago and now it produces a very high pitched squeal that was not there before the original compressor stopped working. Could this possibly be a problem with the new compressor or something else?

You did not indicate if the high pitched noise is only happening while the refrigerator compressor is running or if it makes it when the compressor shuts off, or all the time.

If the high pitched noise seems to be emitting from the freezer area it's most likely the evaporator fan motor causing the noise. If it seems to be emitting from the control area in the fresh food section when it's running or not it possibly could be the electronic control board.

It's very unlikely for the compressor to produce a high pitched noise. There is a condenser fan motor located near the compressor behind the refrigerator that possibly could make a high pitched noise but unlikely.
