How do I retrieve something that fell into the lint chute of my dryer?

I have a Kenmore dryer model number 110.87. I need to know how to access the lint chute. A piece of plastic fell down the lint chute of my dryer.

Hopefully, whatever fell down there can be retrieved from just removing the lower mounting screws of the lint chute assembly. Otherwise this is going to turn into a major job. Remove the back panel of the dryer & you will see the lint chute assembly on the left hand side. Remove all of the screws that you can see securing the lint chute in position. Pry open the very bottom to try & remove the piece of plastic that fell in there. If this does not work, the complete lint chute assembly will have to come out. This will require lifting the top & removing the drum. Please resubmit if you need further instructions. Please see the image provided.
