The accumulation of water in the refrigerator is likely caused by a frozen or clogged defrost drain pan under the evaporator (Key 3 on the BREAKER AND PARTITION PARTS page of the diagram). Condensate water formed when the automatic defrost heater melt ice and frost off of the evaporator collects in this pan and normally drains down to the evaporating tray (Key 40 on the UNIT PARTS page) that is beside the compressor at the bottom of the unit. To access the defrost drain under the evaporator, you would need to
unplug the refrigerator
and then remove the inside back wall of the freezer. If you are able to access this area, you will likely be able to defrost the frozen drain pan under the evaporator and fix this problem. Pour hot water down the drain tube to make sure that it is clear.
There is a slight possibility that a leak in the ice maker water fill system could be causing this problem.
