How do I winterize a Kenmore washing machine to be stored in an unheated garage?

I was told to run RV antifreeze through it, but I am wondering about the quantity of antifreeze to use.

Pour one (1) quart of RV antifreeze directly into the empty tub, add one (1) quart of water and then place the washer in a drain and spin cycle for 20-30 seconds and then shut it off. Turn the cold and hot water supply valve off and disconnect the hoses from the washer. You washer is now winterized.
