Why does my Kenmore dishwasher act as if it has no power?

This is a Kenmore model # 665.15951793. I've tested all but the circuit board and thermal switch. It stopped in mid cycle and will not start again. It acts as if it lost power. Where and what do I test other than the obvious?

The failure is likely the thermal fuse located inside the control panel. The thermal fuse is connected in series between the L1 door switch and the control board. Another known source or place to loose voltage is at the dishwasher junction box where the power supply is connected to the dishwasher. The power supply connections can become loose or corroded over time and cause a dead dishwasher.

I added a wiring diagram that should help diagnose the failure in the image below.
