The easiest way to clean a gas grill after each use is to turn the grill settings to high for ten to fifteen minutes with the lid closed. Then simply brush the grill rack using a brass bristled brush. This prevents charred bits of food form sticking and flare-ups next time. If you don't have a grill brush crumple up aluminum foil and with an oven mitt on, rub down the grill rack. Both of these methods also work for electric grills.
