What size spring pin/s are needed for a Sears 536.887993 snowblower?

The impeller does not spin when the auger blade spins (although it spins freely by hand). I heard that either spring pin/s or roll pin/s are needed to attach the impeller to the shaft that goes through the center of it. I need to know which of the two it is and the size. Note the owners manual does not identify these parts in the schematics. Again, I am referring to the impeller, not the auger blades. The shear pins are fine thus they spin as they should.

The spring (roll) pins for the impeller on the snow thrower are 1/4 X 1 1/4 inch pins. spring and roll pins are the same thing. Different manufacturers call them different things.

The pins are shown in the parts diagram on the gearcase page. They are item number 341. The part number for the pins is STD572512 and the cost is around $2.16 for a pack of 2 pins.
