The previous answer provided by Jacqueline S offered some advice on determining whether the white film is soap or hard water deposits. Since you are using rinse aid, I suspect that your problem is caused by soap residue. This link of a previous answer discusses proper water temperature and dishwasher detergent use:
Why is my Kenmore dishwasher leaving white soap film on the dishes?
If the troubleshooting in the above link does not help, then I recommend that you check the sump area and the check valve as described in this link for a previous answer:
Why doesn't my 2 year old Kenmore model 665.16037403 dishwasher clean like when it was new?
NOTE: Your dishwasher will be slightly different than the one shown in this previous answer. The inner feed tube on your dishwasher will likely be attached to the tub with clips instead of screws. The basic procedure is the same.
This type of problem is sometimes difficult to resolve. If you need more help, submit additional details and the full model number of your dishwasher. We will assist you further if possible.
