I see that Barbara H has given you a link to a previous answered question. I would like to add the following information. The F 11 error code can be difficult to diagnose. I recommend checking all of the electrical connections on the machine control, motor control, and the door lock. I have provided you with the instructions for removing the access panels. Then remove and reconnect the wire connectors on the control bards. The vibration of the washer can cause the connectors to loosen up over time. After checking all of the connections, reinstall the panels, plug the washer in. test the washer in a drain, and spin cycle. If the washer still errors out I suspect a faulty motor control. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose the problem because of the cost of the parts. If you ordered a motor control and it did not fix the washer, you cannot return an installed control board.
Please unplug the washer before attempting any repairs.
I hope this is helpful. If you need further assistance, please reply with more details below.
