Kenmore front-load washer does not dispense detergent. It flushes the softener at start of load, but never flushes the detergent out of the drawer.

Kenmore front-load washer does not dispense detergent. It flushes the softener at start of load, but never flushes the detergent out of the drawer. I have cleaned the dispenser drawer and checked the water hoses. All are clean.

I can hear the water flushing in, it just seems to be pulling the softener at the beginning of the wash cycle, but never flushes out the detergent.

Do I have a problem? Are my clothes being washed? I don't think so! HELEP!!!

Since the detergent is staying in the dispenser, the clothes are not likely getting washed normally since no soap is getting into the washer. I provided some troubleshooting tips in the previous question that you asked about this issue. Here is a link for that previous answer:

Kenmore Front-Load Washer When wash is done, I have noticed some liquid detergent still left in the dispenser. What's wrong?

Hopefully, the tips provided in that previous answer will help you resolve this problem. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:
