Why does our top load HE washer not clean clothes in normal wash mode?

We have a new top loading Kenmore 26002010-010 HE washer. We want to know why the clothes do not clean well on normal cycle. We have followed the mfg instructions. Normal wash cycle does not remove simple things like deodorant residue from clothes.

Make sure not to overload the washer. Separate the clothing around the wash plate. For best performance, please read page 4 of your

Owner's Manual

. This page describes the difference between your washer to the full agitator washers. If you have followed the instructions on page 4, please read the Installation Guide to make sure the drain hose is installed properly. If the drain hose is not installed properly, this may cause siphoning to occur, allowing water to drain while washing.
